Adding my photo - Help needed again

Ok to STOP Krysia from moaning at me for my photo, need some help telling me how to do it, i can do it on MSN ok, but when it comes to the Polish thing, no idea.

So any help would be grateful and can give my ears a rest

Wolfie. Let's start from the very beginning, nice and easy to follow steps:
1. See the "browse..." thing-a-ling on the bottom of this thing here?
2. click on it.
3. If picture doesn't go through, it's too big. You need to resize it. Go to picresize.com and resize by 25 or 50%
4. Try your luck again.
