ADVICE ABOUT A GOOD GYM WITH A SAUNA IN LUBLIN

I got used to going to the gym at least twice a week. I like gyms with swimming pools and saunas but I know that in Lublin it's not available... I really like this city and I wouldn't like to change my lifestyle. So can you help me in finding a good gym with a sauna, preferably in the city center? Cheers

I think saunas may be treated as something separate from a gym or a swimming pool.

sorry to disagree, but I have attended a gym with sauna facilities in Poland, so it is not that unusual.

Thanks for your opinions. I've been already doing some research and I found sth which is called 'Pro-active' and it's on Al.Raclawickie. The website says it's a gym but it's got a sauna too. Any opinions about that place? Thanks

Hi I just had a thought that you are not far away from Naleczow, which is a great place to pamper yourself spanaleczow.pl/spa/?id=news
It takes about 25 mins from Lublin on the bus, you can catch a bus down near the castle bus station or from the map here below

Hi Ovika

I also wish to join a gym but the winter months don't encourage me to venture outdoors much!

I know of two gyms (below) which have sauna and gym facilities in Lublin. Strefa Fitness is in the supermarket - E Leclerc.

Strefa Fitness
ul. T. Zana 19(81) 525 66 21 - strefa-fitness.lublin.pl

Siłownia Magnum Sports-
ul. Bernardyńska 3, Pałac Parysów, II piętro, tel. 668 240 141-42

If you do go to one of these gyms, please let me know if they are any good!

Lots of woman (singular). There'd have to be lots of her to fit all those nationalities.
Is she Lithuanian/Hungarian/Slovenian as well? With just a dash of Polynesian.

I've been to Strefa and it's nice. I didn't make use of the sauna but they seem to have quite a list of services. The gym has improved greatly but my motivation didn't and I have quit. They were very clean and english friendly. There is also tanning and salsa lessons.
