I haven't found any bookshop that would sell any book by Aleksander So³¿enicyn either, the only thing I found was:

http://www.polonica.net/Archipelag_GULag_I.htm

I have no idea is it's a complete version of the first volume of The Gulag Archipelago. I think it might me - never read it though.

Hope this helps!

Bit of gender problem? Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn - a lady? I'm confused.

Dzieki Kowalski

Is it not in the form of Aleksander So³¿enicyn?

Either way, any other suggestions of possibilities would be appreciated.

It reminds me a story told by a guy who - on his first visit to Krakow - saw some banners adavertising a concert of Sebastin Bach music:

"Koncert Sebastiana Bacha"

He thought it was some punk band taking a twisted name ,,Sebastiana Bacha

Kowalski:

Sebastiana Bacha

Playing the old Johanna?

I guessed that there was a possibility it was being inflected Slavically within an English sentence, then with a little English inflection thrown on at the end, but what a dull response if I had suggested that in my post. People would have thought I'm an os³em. Oh! They already do think that.
