Second that excellent call, and keep on saying it myself. Girls are skinny, but a WOMAN should have curves.

Polish food is not full of chemicals like E123, or E456 :) mostly Polish food is natural, and we do not feed up animals with wrong stuff...

It's all personal pref Paul in the UK. Some people are just too lazy regardless of the food they consume. Geez.

I don't think there is only 1 reason why people get fat, but I think we can agree on this:

* Exercise daily - even if it's just a low-impact walk or bike ride. The couch is not your friend.
* Eat healthy foods - less processed, more natural…perhaps better.
* Fat/Satisfaction versus Volume - perhaps even a little fat is fine if you do the first two points. You're more likely to eat a big bag of low-fat junk versus a little fatty stuff that quickly satisfies.
* Did I mention regular exercise?
* Hydration is essential - it fuels your muscles so they consume fat during exercise.
* Avoid diet drinks and regular sodas & drink water whenever possible. It'll be hard the first week or two, but you'll get over it, and your body won't always crave "novelty".
* People have different metabolisms and/or a natural gene preference sometimes. Some of us will have a harder time losing weight than others. It's normal - love your body and find pleasure in it. Self-loathing usually kills all motivation towards exercise, eating well, etc.
* Those of us who can eat anything and not gain weight? Be nice about it and don't show off - it annoys the normal people, and there's more of us normal folk than you. ;)

I'm not at all anorexic, nor over-weight for that matter.
I exercise daily and eat healthy foods, in order to stay lean and fit.

The average women in the United States, is now 5 feet 4 inches tall, and wears a size 12 dress size. I'm 5 feet 6 inches, and wear a size 8 dress size. Therefore, I'm somewhat thinner than the average woman in my country. However, I certainly do not consider myself skinny.

I think perhaps he replied like that, beckski, because he wants to see more of you.....there is no way to tell from your photo whether you are skinny or not....it's just a facial shot.

Sorry Beckski - perhaps a poor example of my humor/flirting technique.
It's a good photo and I think one can see that you are indeed very healthy.

Poland still has way more slim women then fat cow women. Its nothing like the U.S. or other Anglo countries with Jabba the Huts walking everwhere.

Also Polish girls generally are slim WITH curves. They are not like anorexic skelators which is the other problem in the U.S.

My boyfriend and I went into a major argument few weeks ago when he found out that i started not eating properly to lose weight. I mean, I am not fat at all, but I have this impression that he might like girls with model-like body, aka skinny. I am always anxious that even if I look pretty for Asian guys, i might not look good for Polish guys. I know its really shallow.

OK couldn't help myself here, so before i jump on a plane and go and watch England beat Israel so bad in the football that they will be so embrassed that they will give the land back to Palestine, oops thats another debate all together, i'l leave that for another day :)

However on the subject of all Polish girls been skinny, i can only really speak for the ones who have come to the UK as i've only been to Poland once, it is the view of me and my mates at uni that the girls arrive from Poland nearly all skinny and then are affected by the western lifestyle, e.g. lots of food, laziness, binging etc etc.

Even those girls who pride themselves in being as skinny as a POW put on a few pounds when they have been in England for a year or two. I can say this because i have a number of female polish friends, who since arriving the UK have expanded outwards shall we say. In some cases this is not a bad thing as they were to skinny in the first place. However in others its had a more negative affect on their all round figure.

I'm not really bothered about girls been skinny, slim, average, powerfully built, fat or whatever but i thought i'd add my point of view as usual.

Thanks

T
