I feel kind of bad knowing that in my highschool here in the US, I am doing the same math as 3rd graders in India and 6th graders in Europe :(

I know Arthur and that's nothing to smile about, unfortunately.

I don't understand how seeing 10 different silly graphic signs could make a post more valuable or interesting. I prefer to read "boo" once than to see the same "happy" smile in every second message.

For me it was interesting for the first few days back in 2000 when I first found an online forum. Smilies are just an annoying waste, in my opinion of course.

Poles don't like to smile too much this is why "smiles" were banned from forum.

smiles do make you feel better. Well thats until you realise people are smiling at you because you've tucked your skirt into your pants or your flies are undone lol

Yes the lack of smiles brought the wrong reaction from daffy in a conversation with Bubba earlier in the "please dont mess with other peoples threads" thread earlier. A purely innocent question that could have been interpreted a different way, was because there was no smily to go with it. A tragic case. Brng them back please!!!!!

Its a Forum I thought it was your intention for people to discuss things. Maybe you are just trying to **** people off? Scrooge

ukinpoland, it seems you are very unhappy on this website. Your posts suggest it's a big pain for you to be here, you don't like anything that has been done. Looking at posts with or without smilies seems to be unbearable to you. Especially when your post happens to be edited or merged.

Please let me know if you still want to be the member. I'll take your silence as "No."

Thank you.
