i am computer teacher so want to work in poland

i am from turkey and i work as a computer teacher in a high school, so i would like to work in poland, i know English and Turkish languages so i can be able to learn Polish as soon as possible, i have been there several times, i am preparing software program in c# and establish website, network , and want to work in a turkish company in Poland, is there any turkish compnay that needs some worker from turkey? i can learn all of job i am open minded person,
