I am looking for relatives in the name of Olenderkiewicz - Hope somone can help bearing in mind I only speak English

Do you know what part of Poland they are/were from ?
The beginning "Olender" may come from Hollander. Thousands of Dutch merchants settled in Poland around the 13 and 14 centuries, many of them stayed and totally melted into the Polish population.
I'm not saying that all Olenderkiewicz are of Dutch descent, but some of they may.
