I Am New In Poland, my current job doesn't pay well. Need some help

Hi,
i am new in poland. coming as a work permit. so is there any way i can change my jobs. because they dont pay good. so
1. if i change my jobs is there any problem when i Extern My visa?

2. i am doing Construction Jobs in poland so how much i can earn every week?

3. if i work in Restaurant or other place like any shop so do i can apply for this kind od jobs?

can any one help me to find out this Ans PLZ.
