I once heard from a friend that Italians are famous for their Cuisine and Leather Industry. Was the information correct?

Which one are you involved in? Can you describe both the institutions and their history with Italy?

The italian cuisine has been around since the romans...The first plate and fork were romans before this people were eating off the bone...The cuisine aspect of the Italians has great wealth and healthy feelings to it...The roman emporers(sorry for spelling) had personal chefs that would prepare meals for them...Pasta has been around a very long time, so cheap and good for u that the italians embraced the pasta with open arms...I am italian chef who specializes in many cuisines but the leather business I can't comment cuz I dont want to sound like an idiot for giving you false info...I dont know jack about leather...But food I can help you with...if you need recipes or just general info...I dont know it all so this is my opinion and in the culinary arts feild **** changes with each opinion so take that into consideration...

You need to find yourself some backers and go open a restuarant in Polska. Tri-city would welcome it I'm sure, I can only think of one Italian rest. in Gdansk.
The advantage of starting a buisness in Poland is given you are working with US or UK investors is that it will not cost a fortune to open, comparatively.

Hmm......
