Do Anglo-Polish relationships actually work long term ?

Depends upon what you mean by long term. Bear in mind that for UK/Polish relationships it is only in the last three years or so since Poland's accession to the EU that many relationships could have started. Before that it was more limited. I know of three long term (10 years plus) Anglo Polish relationships that are as strong as ever and one of that gneration that failed.

Any Earthling + Polish = Works
Anglo+Polish = Ofcourse Works!
Freak+Polish = Might work actually, but not for more than a couple of years together, at the most!

i certainly hope so.. mine has been 2 years now but Im hopeful it will go the distance despite cultural differences.

Six years and still going strong, and I would not have it any other way. I bless the day I met my Polish wife and now we have a wonderful daughter. Life is great!!!!!!!!! :)

i have been seeing a beautiful polish woman myself & the more i see her the more i am falling for her .

like any relationship ,it's what you make of it ,i personally don't see different backgrounds being an obstacle .

Agree with Sc0tt & LS. its not a real obsticle I find - im in a long term (long distance too) relationship and despite the distance, I feel the love.
