Yup, it's disgusting. People getting murdered in motiveless killings all the time lately it would seem. You hear on the news more and more lately how kids are becoming violent with no respect for people or property. One 9-year-old was being threatened with an ASBO due to his pot-smoking, thieving behaviour. Plus the fact he threatens people with a knife. What is the world coming to?!?!

3 school shooting in two weeks in the other side of the ocean...

The amish school killer is so normal. Took his kids to their school, before heading to this one to mass murder young girls

My heart sank when I read the BBC and they said they'd found a woman's body in the church and they thought it might be the missing polish student.
Absolutley tragic.

The worst thing about it was, she even already booked her ticket to fly home...poor, poor girl.

Where can a person go for safety, a church of course, well you would think so, then shes murdered. Them killed in Pennslavania and just kids, what must they of thought, the hell they must of gone through. Why must we kill each other, it dont prove anything and ive seen my share in Bosnia. These are innocent victims who look on others for help, its hard enough being away from your loved one and in a different country, then to have that done to you.

Rest in peace my child, His time will come....................

yes they are , but it does not seem to work

what to stop someone who is not on it, commiting such a crime.

there are lots of vulnerable people out there

I know a lot of Amish people here in the US, and they are very nice, mild, agreeable, people. They don't believe in fights, wars, they just want to live in peace, in a non-violent world. The little girls that guy killed were shot execution style, right in the head. The 7-year old died today.
Small, innocent children, they didn't hurt anyone....

Once they get to know you, they are very friendly to you. They don't like the outsiders because they want to keep away from the outside world. They don't believe in electricity, don't have TV's, radios, running water, cars etc. But some are slowly accepting the outside world because they need help from "outsiders" to give them a ride to a store or hospital. The women make beautiful quilts which they sell at auctions to make money.
I know a lot about the Amish because they're my friends and once they gave me a chicken.

I was born and raised near an Amish community in Pennsylvania. They are a group of wonderful people who want to be able to live their lives the way they wish. This murderer who sought out these children knew that this school was isolated and that he could in turn have time to put his plan in action.
