It's pretty scary hearing the denials of Polish pogroms against Jews. And it's funny reading the, "But what about this or that," in response. So other countries committed crimes too, so that makes pogroms against Polish Jews no big deal, then? Sick.

It's very easy to get all mighty and judgmental sitting today safely in front of the computer. In time of turmoil and war lines got blurred. Ones I talked to a Polish woman of Jewish origin who as a teenager survived Warsaw ghetto. She was surprisingly very calm and philosophical about this very topic. She told me that she saw every possible combination: Jews betraying other Jews, Poles betraying other Poles, Poles betraying Jews, Jews betraying Poles.

Of course there were incidents of Poles killing Jews during and after war. As well as Jews killing Poles. Everyone tried to survive somehow or even the score or simply let himself being manipulated. Important thing today is to learn from the past and be smarter for the future.

The likes of this lady come and go in the forum ET. The point's been argued by smarter people than him and they, as will this lady, eventually lose the argument and we hear no more of them.

I'm not sure about in Europe but here in USA the Holocaust USHMM.org leave out non Jewish victims from Poland. While the Polish were silenced as to killings of non Jewish by Soviet occupation. Jewish were able to tell and speak. They were safe to ask for the ones responsible be held accountable. They had their stories documented and we teach what took place to our children in school.

Non Jewish lets see, we still have many that see Soviets as liberators of Poland vs. the truth "occupiers". Today in Russia they can teach that they saved the Polish. That Stalin was a hero. If Germany did that with "Nazi's" (as we just saw) Russia is the first one at the UN screaming for "Anti-Nazi" reform.

I guess what I am saying is that the Jewish are the group that want a line divided. Being called Anti-anything should not be a useage. We are all people and as the western Poland we were fighting and seeing one history unfold, the eastern side was seeing another version. In the east we went from being killed by Soviets to having to be allies. Fighting beside the ones that killed our family members. We then see our country taken over by them.
