Anyone British living in Torun?

Hi ive been living in torun for 3 months now . I love it and I was ust wondering if Im the only English guy here. Im sure Im not . Is there anyone here?

well I dont know what to tell you really. I suppose the biggest incident was nearly getting car jacked at gunpoint driving back from warsaw. My girlfriend , her mum and I were coming back and we noticed 2 people at the side of the road id fluorescent jackets who he thought were the police, as we started to slow down we notice that they were not holding a speed gun but a real gun. Thankfully we didnt stop completely and managed to get away. Apart from this and an unpleasant trip to the british consular office to renew my passport-the word ***** must have been created with this particular women in mind- my stay here has been great. In every shop I go to people smile when they hear me speaking Polish and always take the time to listen to what I am trying to say. Emphasis on the word trying This really is a great country, I know it has its problems but which country doesn't? I cant describe how angry I feel when I hear somebody English saying that Poland is a shithole Most of them havent even been here.
