Does anyone know of a property 'fit-out' company in Wroclaw Area

Hi

I have a property in Wroclaw due for completion with the developer but it's a shell and I was wondering if there are any companies that specialise in property 'fit-out's' especially in the Wroclaw area. I don't have the time or the polish language skills to do this myself. Any pointers appreciated....

Thanks

Hi
You should contact Piotr on +447905276726. Company is called Fitout Sp. Z o.o. (www/fitout/pl) - based in Wroclaw - they also work in London ( www/dwcontractors/co/uk )

Good luck!

Hi - I have a similar problem. I have five flats in Lodz that are being constructed. I will have one flat ready first with a further four flats to fit out in, all in Lodz. I am a Surveyor / Developer myself and appreciate the problems with trying to co-ordinate works like this in your own country let alone abroad. I too would be interested in finding a decent contractor capable of carrying out this work in Lodz !

it will be tough, many of the good ones are in Britain and Ireland, where the real money is..

Got to agree with Johan123. I have used Mamdom on one fit out so far and went like a dream - will b using them for both ones I have completing this year.

There are loads of units - esp Lodz and Warsaw - being completed this year so my advice is to fit out premium - parquet, not laminate flooring, etc. I believe this year tenants will be spoilt for choice!!

I used a company called Joshua Mills Interiors. They did a brilliant job on my 2 bed apartment, decent prices too, worth a look: jminteriors.pl.
