Is anyone willing to make a call to Gdynia for me re: my family

I was given a phone number to "Lochka family" that used to live in Grodno and now are in Gdynia. I am looking for my Grandmothers family, Maria Lochka Celinska. I was given this message:My English is not very good

w zlokalizowaniu rodziny mojej babci Marii Lochka."

Teraz prosba do tych z Panstwa, ktorzy potrafia wytlumaczyc Carol w
j. angielskim, zeby przekazac, ze w Polsce zyja rodziny o nazwisku
Lochki (pan), Lochka (pani). Moze nalezy tych rodzin zapytac, skad
pochodza i zagadka bedzie rozwiazana.
Odszukalem w tym celu nr telefonu do Barbary Lochkiej z Gdyni
Tel. 0048586643586

Can any one help?

many polish people use skype and polish messenger gadugadu .. some use other messengers like yahoo and msn and aim etc

skype is your one where by you chat over the internet but i know a few that use it

English is more common in the younger generations of polish people so i would say those upto age 35years over this age i would say its common for them to speak polish or russian but i could be wrong as i am british learning the polish language.
