80 m2 apartment for sale near the beach and Leba

I have a ground floor apartment with 400 m2 of land for sale. My initial plan was to convert into two apartments of 40m2, keep one for myself and sell the other but plans tend to change.

The apartment needs complete renovation and is part of an older block in a small village. Its about a 15 minute drive from Leba and cycling distance from Stilo, Poland's most beautiful beach. The Tri Cities with Gdansk airport are an easy drive.

I bought the property for a great price and am happy to let it go for below market value. I am also happy to assist in the purchase and renovation process and can recommend notaries, lawyers and builders as needed.

Its a new computer and I cant get to my photos but will try to organise some. With regards to the price I am open to sensible offers.

If you are interested I would suggest looking at m2 price for this part of the Baltic coast and use that as a starting point in your calculations. There is quite a lot of new build in Leba and nearby Debki but to pick up an older property for renovation is not easy.

You will have no problem finding an agent to sell you a 'we've almost finished building it' apartment but finding one to sell you something older in a village is not so easy. Adjust your offer as you see fit :)
