This is making me hungry.

Maybe some recipes with raw carrots would be better ?

majeranek !!!
oregano
tymianek
estragon
wanilia
chili
papryka (you misspelled as "paprika") - we distinguish between "papryka ostra" (it's almost the same as chili) and "papryka słodka"

kurkuma (used as cheap substitute for saffron which is very expensive)

all those fragrant oils used for baking - olejek waniliowy/rumowy/cytrynowy/pomarańczowy etc.

Not this one.

estragon

The only one off the last list I can't guess.
It doesn't look like the name of a spice to my simple eyes,
but in no way does that mean I don't believe you!

some spelling corrections + added Genitive form where you didn't have it:

gałka muszkatołowa. - gałki muszkatołowej
paprika: papryka. -papryki
parsley: pietruszka. - pietruszki (or rather used in plural: pietruszki. - pietruszek)
natka (or full name "natka pietruszki) - about parsley leaves (normally pietruszka refers to the root)
pepper: pieprz. -pieprzu
pieprz "mielony" (ground) or "ziarnisty" (ziarnisty) and can be of course czarny, biały or zielony
salt: sól. - soli
spice: przyprawa. -przyprawy
tarragon: draganek. -draganku - I think it's "estragon. - estragonu" in Polish, I never heard of "draganek"
rosemary - rozmaryn
szczypiorek (chive?)

I can't read my Mother's recipe very well, but I'm looking fo something called either "Mojanka, or Trojanka". Does anyone have any idea what this might be? You can Email me at BobKenz1@aol.com.

I'd really appreciate it. It's used in an old cold remedy requiring whiskey, honey, and several other spices. I'll gladly give you the recipe if you can help me out.

Thanks again, Bob.
