cageyslr 1 | 1 2 Mar 2009 / #1I'm researching my ancestry. My grandmother moved to Canada from Poland in the early 1920s. I've searched maps online for Wolagrsbowfowska, where she's from but I can't find it. Hopefully someone on this forum can help, otherwise, I'll have to go to a public library and look at whatever detailed maps they have. Thanks in advance!cageyslr
miranda 2 Mar 2009 / #2it is probably Wola Grabowska, since the spelling you have provided looks incorrect
PolskaDoll 28 | 2,099 2 Mar 2009 / #3I've searched maps online for WolagrsbowfowskaHmm, I couldn't find anything so I changed the first "s" to a "z" and tried "Wolagrzbowfowska" instead. All I got was Wola Grzybowska. It's currently a part of a Warsaw district as you can read in the article. It may have been something else before. Good luck.
