calling international from poland

I am trying tom make internationa call but i dont want to use TP becouse is too much money , cards dont seems to work any tips

try Skype, or buy a Telegrosik (or one of its competitors) calling card - they work out much cheaper.

the cards give me 4 minutes for 10 zl the skype is not save for the pc
i need one of thoese number that you dial before from you home phone and get cheap rates

Or just use someone elses phone ;-)

I use a card to call Poland and It only costs me $5.00 for 720 minutes

Where did you hear that? Skype is safe for your PC, I have been using it for 4 years now calling my family in the UK and Canada for 0.07 pln per minute, and I only had one issue when I clicked on a link that was sent to me, but that was my own fault. Gadu Gadu, MSN messenger and others like it are the same; just don’t click on any link that you are not sure from who it came from. Believe me it is safe :O)
