Is cancer, diabetes prominent in poland and europe as in the states?

are there cases of Sids children in poland and europe like the states?
is it high number or low number?

hopefully low numbers, wishfully no numbers.

I think that cancer is probbaly as often in Poland as it is in Europe, USA....

I don't know about diabetes....this one with is connected with obesity is probably more common in UK and USA than in Poland.

In UK there is some percentage of people who have cystis fibrosis( genetic desease)...

I never heard about it in Poland before. I don't know wthat is Polish translation for it?

You'll see that some cancers are lower in Poland than the States.

The obvious one is prostate cancer, as that is the cancer most affected by any diet. In this case, the obvious factor involved is dairy.
There are various ways dairy causes prostate cancer:
(i) calcification of the prostate caused by excessive calcium in the diet
(ii) increased IGF-1 growth hormone in the body caused by excessive dairy consumption

Dairy's not bad for you - have it in your coffee, I love cream cakes! But I have soya with my cereals.

its the fat in dairy products that increases risk rather than dairy products per se

high fat diets, loads of red meat and not enough fruit and veg - an unwise diet all round...

it is also worth noting that afro-americans are twice as likely to die from postrate cancer than whites...

Now this makes me wonder how, because they do eat alot of greens in their diet
and it is one of the favorites , but, I do know they eat also alot of fried foods, like
chicken, and bacon (really high in fat)

I am forcing fruit in my childrens diet, they like it, but it isnt their favorite. summer
time it is easier to get them to eat it, maybe they think is supposed to be seasonal?

veggies we dont have problems getting them to eat that, they love just about all
of them minus spinach. <~aqquired taste needed for that.

for anyone who has sweet tooth, there is a great low fat recipe.

get one tub (no fat) cool whip.
one package of pistachio Pudding (instant)
fresh Pineapple chunks, or canned -drain the juice.

mix together in bowl, high carbs, but low fat.

my youngest has to have protein to keep her sugar level ( snack) before bed, and
so I use the skim (thats all we drink) after seeing on a show long time ago
about whole milk and how much fat is put into your body per year.

it was eye opening.
