Getting married, then moving MOVING TO POLAND

hi im getting married next year and moving to poland probably the year after, im with a polish girl and im 24.
we will be moving near krosno,rzeszow.
anybody done or doing the samething that can give advice on living/working in poland?

Learn Polish and get a proper job. Sounds harsh, but that's the way forward.

Yeah im doing that at the moment, im just trying to get advice from somone who is or has moved to poland and how it was for them. are you polish living in poland?

I am now.

The usual thing for newcomers is teaching English, but try to keep away from this unless you think it will really help you. The quicker you find work that you are trained for, the better for you.

Been here almost two years now, i started my own business. I suggest you look for a niche market there are plenty of opportunities and expoit it.

oh right you must enjoy it then, my girlfriend is graphic designer so think she will do that, but as for me i have had a boring job doing admin for the jobcentre for the past 5 years. i need to have a good look and see what i could do out there.

More of a case of making the most of it really, its pretty hard at times. Looking forward to grabbing the snowboard this year and heading down to the mountains.

My business is property, we specialise in selling Polish property to foreign investors.

oh right cool, you sell property in rzeszow? i been zakopane its well nice cant wait to go back. what prices like? will have to sell up here then buy there so should have about 90k i think to get a place
