About permanent visa for poland

Hi my self Harry and i have daughter and polish wife, but at this moment i am in India and i am on divorce. please tell me how can i meet my daughter and can i live permanently in Poland? i don't have temporary resident card. I came to poland last year on a personal visitor visa.Now i want to live Poland because of my daughter. and what type of paper i need for visa to meet my daughter. Please help me.
