Yet another thread about teaching in Poland... setting it up

Hello everyone. I'm a Polish American from New Jersey who just graduated college. I speak decent Polish and really want to live in Poland for at least a year or two to see how I like it before I get too embroiled in a job in the US. I applied to some language schools online, since teaching English seems to be my best bet. Is it possible to get a teaching job set up in Poland, eg with work visa vouchers, contracts etc from the company while still living in America?
