off-topic part of forum - only for registered members?

Why not registered/logged in users can't access 'Off-Topic Lounge' - www.polishforums.com/off_topic_lounge-f16_0.html (access denied...) ?

Why do you think anonymous users should have access to the Off-Topic section? Most of them would engage in not Poland-related discussions and we want to avoid that.

i agree, there's already enough of people, who pass by once a while, throw some insults and don't show up any more. or they do, with a different alias. off-topic is too easy a ground for it IMHO.
