the_smij: Hi, I'm studying culinary arts

the_smij   Nov 15, 06, 11:31 /  #
Hi there, I'm a 20 year old student from England. I'm studying culinary arts & have recently been assigned to research a country & its cuisine. In Birmingham where I live, the Polish population is steadily increasing, so I thought it may be appropiate to carry this project out on Poland. I have found thsi very interesting & have come to realise how ignorant people are to other cultures. When the assignment is finished, I would be happy to post it to any person that is interested in an outsiders research.
