I don't read Polish, so navigating a Polish site is difficult for me. If you could provide information on what to "click" on to get the USC addresses for different locations, it would be extremely helpful! Thanks, Joyce

Looks like the whole USC over there is one woman in Urząd Gminy. Not surprising, It's not a town, It's a village, they don't even have streets' names. I cannot open your site, but the one Grzegorz gave is an actual current one, so that's probably the correct e-mail.

Grzegorz, Thanks for the additional informaton. At least the address is the same, so there isn't any worries about the request getting lost in the mail (not likely I'll call since I can speak Polish either).

It works for me and they are indeed different and It's hard to say which is a current one, but in the phone number there's only one number different (except 48 which should be added If you call to Poland from abroad), so looks like they just decided to use one of their other numbers as the official one and e-mail seems to be similar too, just on the other server.
