Happy Birthday sweetheart ( darling ).
Wszystkiego Najlepszego z okazji Urodzin kochany.

( I am just learning but this seems to be a standard saying )

approved (I wouldn't use kochany, maybe najdro┐szy, if I WERE a female), but "Wszystkiego Najlepszego z okazji urodzin" is pretty much a standard.

I heard there's no exact phrase for "happy birthday"

so the closest expression might be "Sto Lat!" (a hundred year) or "Wszystkiego najlepszego!" (all the best things) as the people above wrote.

How to pronounce well is beyond my ability :-) I'm a beginner
