Beside the beer brewaries none of these companies is being owned by foreign companies.

I heard that the Germans bought out Zywiec (Polish Beer Company) .
It is still brewed in Poland, but.. owned by the Germans.
Other brands too, even Lezajsk I think.

Yes - when it comes to - beer brands - then most of them are foreign owned.

I think what I saying is the truth, ,many years ago all the know polish brands where owned by the polish people, now they have bought out by overseas interest and have changed there brand name, let poland be poland, please stop overseas takeovers including names like nestle....like what they do in other countries these companies then work off shore like in china (cheap labour)

Or like what they do in other countries these companies then work off shore like in Poland? (cheap labour)

So don't complain about takeovers, bussiness is bussiness, and this is the same all over the world, and Polish companies are taking over some areas of transport in most EU countries already. You'll see the benefits of trade soon enough. smile

Some 70% of the whole sum of capital that forms the economy in Poland is Polish.. and there are more and more Polish companies who are succesful..

The cheaper labour is only one of the factors why people are investing here - the other important factor is education..

..there are many investments in R&D

There are also more and more Polish companies who create new succesful brands.

i.e. Solaris, PESA, Orlen, Vistula, Gino Rossi, Jade ect.

Jabol is cheap wine made out of apples and other fruit

(pron. "yabol") is a slang name for a large family of cheap Polish wines, very popular among lower-income residents and teenagers as well as bums all across the country.
