I think what chucks forgot to mention is that if you want to buy a house with no big deposit then you need to already have assets, i.e. another house to put against the mortgage.

It's a con, so he's going to let you buy a property without a deposit but what he doesn't tell you is you'll be paying 5 times the standard interest rate!
