True the pubs of Sauchiehall Street will have emptied as the regulars form mean vigilante groups baying for Bart's blood.

I don't have any reasons to be worried. I'm so skinny that I'm almost invisible (people seem not to notice me in the streets).

I'm doomed anyway, so being doomed twice really doesn't make any difference.

The Buchan Scots dialect of north-east Scotland exhibits a unique phonological phenomenon: vowel harmony is blocked by intervening consonants that have no secondary articulation or other obvious characteristic that should make them opaque to harmony.

Lol too (:

Well, I heard that Scots and Irish get on quite well, so... I guess you're after me as well...

Unlike you, I like it (: And I reckon I'm getting used to it and I understand it better and better (I can sometimes catch Rab's drift :).

It really depends on various factors.
Enough Irish don't get on with other Irish, Scots the same, ditto the English.
North and South Welsh aren't always best of friends.
Otherwise, in Britain, we're like one big happy family.

There are loads of brilliant and beautiful accents across the British Isles.
Even the West Midlands doesn't always sound hideous!
