Any information on Dolnoslaskie?

Does anyone have any information/advice about this area as a holiday spot?

I've seen many detailed webpages about the area but would like a 'real' first hand opinion of the region?

I'm looking to buy towards the west of the country with approx Euro 100,000 - 150,000.
