Thinking of self-building in Poland. Any advice?

Hi - my sister has recently completed a self-build in Poland and is keeping it for personal use. My wife and I have two plots out there (1000sq.m & 850sq.m) and we're thinking of self-building on both with the intention of keeping one and selling one on.

Does anyone in here have self-build experience that went on to sell. We're wondering if it is best to build the shell, roof it, window and door it, and leave the internal finishing to the purchaser or whether to completely finish the property. There seems to be good argument for both but I was curious to know the views of others.

Additionally, we're stuggling to work out potential profit margins. Any advice there would be appreciated.

that makes two of us ammik.
we are about to buy a plot as well - to live in initially.
we are thinking of buying a kit house - lay the foundations and utilities to the kit specifications, then the house arrives.
Its quick and relatively cheap. There are quite a few companies doing this in Poland.
I am just slightly concerned that Poles might be a bit wary of a timber framed kit house if we sell it in the future.
