Zakopane Letting Agents want 30% of the rent - is that for real?

Hi

I have a 2 bed apartment in Zakopane, I would like to rent it to tourists but the 3 Agents I spoke to in Zakopane want 30% of the rent to advertise and manage the booking and clean the flat after the booking. Does anyone know if this is the right price?

I think it's at least 10% too much...

But don't take my word - I don't live in Poland anymore so I could be wrong (but I visit it quite often).

I have no experience of the tourist market maybe it does cost 30%. It is a case of buying a flat without doing my homework properly.

Hi Hello

I would rather not post my e-mail address but happy to reply to your e-mail. The flat is new and available from begining of May the price varies alot according to the season. What time of year are you looking at?
