If you like the girl and everyone understands the situation it might work out ok Your mate should tell your brother what he told you. That might help to clear the air.

Well my mate went outside the club with me and we talked, he knew full well about it and couldnt care less. Thing is my brother wont have it saying that I broke up their happy relationship...which didnt exsist. I dont want anything of it was just abit of fun! maybe its my bro just being the unreasonable asshat he can be.

That is a bummer. I think others will see that your mate didn't care for her that much anyway and it'll die down. I probably wouldn't inflame the situation though... don't go bragging to your brother....
