BubbaWoo 33 | 3,506 22 May 2007 / #4getting married just so you can stay in a country is not right - it makes a mockery of to many values...and posting your plans on a public forum might tempt immigration to come a-knocking...
glowa 1 | 291 22 May 2007 / #5posting your plans on a public forum might tempt immigration to come a-knocking...shall we call 'em? ;)well, if it's clear for the girl and she's fine with it, I don't see a problem.
away guy 10 | 343 22 May 2007 / #6Weel hope you stay married , cause if its just for the visa thats low man ! Anyway it wont be easy best is to read it up on UK Emassy in London web page ull see they ask for a " Letter of no impediment " which SA doesnt offer and i had to go to some courts cases to get mine. Thats why we rather got married in Poland , after all this which takes a month i got a residents card to stay which only will allow me to work in UK if my wife as a job too uk in , let me tell you its very hard and best if you go to Embassy.
