I HATE the start of a relationship. Single is Best!!

stupid games...... my mind creating scenarios.... Coles Notes- - i met this girl mid June. She just finished studies and we both live in the same city. - seen her many times over 2 weeks - June 27 we met for drinks, went to clubs, got real close, physical - I went to her hometown on the weekend. We spent most of the time together - Monday, I came back to my city, things have been developing nicely over the week. - She came back to the city Tuesday for job interviews, and we spent time together. - Out Wed night, and things are great. - She stayed the night (first time) at my place and behaved :P - We spent Thurs together (behaved again)and then I went to work and she went to her flat. - She was thinking of going back to her hometown, but she didn't and met with me after i finished work. :) - On Friday we spent the morning together, and she took the bus home @ 13 - we didnt talk on Friday night on GG she sent me sms that she was going out. - i sent her sms Sat afternoon @ 14 seeing how her night was, and if she was going to be online later. - @ 16:30 2 .5 hours later she replied " i was making dinner, now going for a walk, maybe on GG 18-20." - I smsd her @ 19 asking if she was going on GG. - I called her only to get voicemail @ 20:00. i left no message. - She replied at 21:45, 2& 3/4hours later that she was busy all day now invited to a party, and had to get ready. - I never wrote back to her - I called her @15 Sunday got voicemail. left no message. >> now i just don't get it. She has seemed totally interested in me over the last 10 days. >> when we were together, and she got an sms, she would always reply back to them in 1-2 minutes. but WTF.... why am i getting a reply in 2+ hours >> my mind starts thinking that she might be hooking up with some other guy in her town and that is why she is not answering my sms's/calls. this is the crap that i hate in the start of a relationship!!! and why i feel that being single is the best policy for me. mind games ... totally agree that the initial stages of a relationship mess with your mind if you like the other person alot .... sad thing is .... they may not feel the same back . guess it's one of those things to maybe start playing it cool & let her do the chasing ,if she's interested she will .... but then she could think you're the one not interested . your damned if you do & your damned if you don't scenario's.

Nauczy, sorry your havin such a rough day..you shouldnt take it out on us though because that isnt fair. and you do have to space some of your time out, because clingin to much might cause problems,, and dont look for something ( jealousy) that isnt there.. slow it down a little :)

Nauczyciel Maybe this girl has been hit with a case of nerves. Perhaps things just moved too quickly, she may have enjoyed it but now worrying about it. Maybe she is worrying that she came on too strong? I wouldn't ignore her but maybe you need to talk to her about the situation, she might be glad that you did. Don't lose the opportunity! Be Happy! :-)

Nauczyciel, you`ve had quite a great relationship. European, what the ****. If you dont like Europe, you dont like living, that`s it. The only pb was the lenght- do you prefer a great stuff, or a long diarrhgoea? I go for the first of them ;)
