If you don't know what I'm on about, it's the V between your obliques and your lower abdominals going towards your private area.

It's usaully people who appear to have big abs that have the V yeah Polson. Mainly because you need a low body fat %. No fat over your retus abdominus makes it seem like they're bigger, even though they could be the same size as someone who has a higher body fat %.

The V is actaully the inguinal canal, according the wikipedia, the "spermatic cord".

I think the "V" thing has more to do with muscles (abs in this case), but...spermatic cord seems weird...let me look again :P
