blackrose   Dec 23, 06, 08:21 /  #
Dear people!
I'll be going to Cracow from Tuesday to New Years Eve! Also, I'd really love to get some clothes in gothic style if there are any places I can get them from! Problem is, I'm not known in Poland at all! Hehe.. Please help! They have gothic clothing up here in Norway, but they're sold for MAD prices!! Please help, all replies are thanked.

Yes, have fun!! You'll love it. Unfortunately, the only gothic thing you'll encounter will be a cathedral However, you may find a boutique on a sidestreet somewhere...never know. Perhaps you can spot some goths and ask.

Goth, heavy/death metallers are still in their relative infancy ((?)...I stand to be corrected on this by any one native to Poland!!) in most of Poland, rarely seen on the streets during the day, but not so sure about the night scene.

The only place I saw anything remotely like that mentioned above was a little indoor market stall near the main rail station in Warsaw.

But then again, wasn't really looking!!

Lots of Metal, very few real Goths here in Wroclaw.
I've just come back from the [metal] T-shirt and music shop. Any colour shirt you want, so long as it's black. I think most Goths dress for Metal and listen to their band of choice.

Rammstein T-shirt. Cost 40zl. Printed front and back.
They seem to last.
If it's metal you can buy the shirt. I was actually after a Die Toten Hosen shirt but they didn't have any. So I guess it's strictly metal or similar.

The best place to buy CD's DVD's is Media Markt. Various prices, it depends what you buy. I don't like expensive, so that's where I go.
