I'm moving back to Poland in 4 years-questions about making money

Hi,
I came to the United States when I was 10. Now I'm almost 18 and I'll soon begin my university education. I've been to Poland this past summer, and I decided that right after I finish college I'm going back. I have a few questions though. How much do people make in Poland? Will I make more money just because I graduated in New York City and know polish and english fluently? I'll be living in Kielce and I know that's one of those cities that aren't doing too great. I'll probably also have an apartment in Warsaw or Krakow. So will I be able to make it straight out of college? Is it a good idea to do an exchange program there? How much money do I take with me so that I can get myslef an apartment? Help

When you graduate it will be 4 years from now. A lot can change, the dollar will prolly be equal to 1 złoty.

Good luck though; I'm planning on doing the same thing, although I'll be done with school sooner. Also, I'm considering the rest of Europe as well, not just Poland. But 4 years is quite a bit, a lot of factors can change.
