Can anyone please recommend a good customs brokerage firm in Krakow or Warsaw. I have had nothing but nightmares with the current people I have been dealing with. I need a company who can do the importation documents, VAT and arrange transport internationally. Thanks.

Try DHL. They could be different in Poland, but I've dealt with them here in the US and haven't had any problems.
