HAS CHANGING DOLLAR RATE IMPACTED EXPATS in POLAND?

I wonder how expats living in Poland have reacted to the fluctuating dollar to złoty exchange rate. Did it impact your budget in any tangible way such as making it hard to make ends meet or did it go it largely unnoticed. Obviosuly someone with no dollar income would not feel the difference.
