10 days is nothing! I work at a dentist in australia and we have a 3 month wait! My advice is to turn up crying and writhing in pain... don't call - its too easy for them to dis you.

I used this website when I first moved to Warsaw. This company can also find you an appointment.

My sister lives in Warsaw and she also very happy with her dentist, which is very professional and explains fully the state of every single tooth in your mouth. I will ask her how long it takes to make an appointment and will let you know with more details.

Regarding your question, well, some things just don't seem to work perfectly in one country whilst in another one they work no problem. A lot of Polish dntist left this country due to the salaries that could make people laugh( but believe me it would't be a funny joke). Lots of them now are based in the UK.

I could talk for ages about bad service in Poland but what is the point? It doesn't mean we should accept that, actually every time I come across to it I offer people some training and for free. I dislike a lot: Poles having no clue how to queue properly, ' only small change, please' the typical line you may ecpect to hear from a shop attendant and then the rysk of being told off just becasue you don't carry enough it with you, 'nie ma' phrase - this is my favourite. I perfectly understand how you feel, it annoys me, too. All I can say is that some people have no idea about how this things should work. lease don't get annoyed, what I do is I always explain to them why it is wrong and mostly it workes( in my area, anyway). Well, anyway, I;ll find the details for that dentist and all you can do is not to let that clinic you tried to register with make money... Keep being positive:-)

10 days is nothing ! Stop belly aching !

Private dentists are very busy, both in Poland and around the world so you can't just expect to walk in and be seen.

Tie one end of a string to your tooth and the other to a door. Make sure that there is plenty of tention and that the string is strong

I have never had a problem getting an appointment with a dentist in Poland privately ..... both in Krakow and in Warsaw.

Each time i have been given appointments either for the next day or the day after.

If you're still having problems i can pass on the details of a good dentist in Saska Kepa - they treated my 4yr old daughter who hates dentists and they managed to fix the problem !
