New skyscraper in Warsaw...

Some of the apartments are already on sale at a minimum of 10,000zl per sq meter.

Times had changed a lot for the good. I remember how excited my uncle was when they built the Hotel Forum in Warsaw! He had a watch repair shop close by (Nowogrodzka). Worked well for the business for him then!

The first one is built by Kulczyk, the one in Wrocław by Leszek Czarnecki, Sea Towers by Invest Komfort SA, the rest I don't know.

The towers in Gdynia look very nice, probably the best with their watery counterpart for a view. They aren't very futuristic but have their own appeal to Gdynia

The towers in Gdynia do look good and the location is great. But there have been big problems with construction and it is rumoured that they have shifted 10cms at the foundations

personally I like the Palace of Culture. Of course I understand the history and so forth. But most of these new buildings look like plastic and there is no conformity what so ever. Apparently there is a plan to surround the palace with a number of modern skyscrapers. They will have to renovate the central train station in Warsaw before the euro 2012 as well.

They won't do much with Warszawa Centralna before euro 2012, some touch ups only. Major reconstruction is scheduled for later on.

The first 5 are already under construction. Other are negotiating price of the ground or other things. I didn't post projects that are only projects on paper. Investors of all of the buildings from the list made serious steps to start construction.

The Lilium project is taking quite the ravaging from the locals. Once a highly touted future addition to the Warsaw skyline, now it is regarded as completely out of place.

Design is ready, company responsible for construction process is ready as well, engineers are also ready to start, and money is not a problem at all. What kind of locals can stop that project? It's a district of offices, malls and hotels, not many people is living there.
