Private message not working with a "highlighted text"

This is sooo dumb.. I am getting in on a typed message.. But it will no accept a highlighted message..It worked yesterday.

Oh Well. Maybe its a bad time of the month for our moderators..

I figured out why I could not private message.
I was trying to send Shelly something from some weird mail that I received on this forum. I put it in my spam folder,and that will not allow me to send a highlighted message from that mail.
I am having no problem with my regular messages..

You cannot copy formatted text to a regular text box like a web form.. It's not MS Word or something :
