why was my thread in the job offer forum deleted?

we have posted 2 days ago an job offer (fixed position) for our webdesign agency in germany. there were no URLs. no advertising, no adult content....just a normal regular job offer for a webdesigner.

when i check my profile (my threads) it leads me to an random chat forum?

???

cool idea...might just take away the chance for a good payed job for some polish designers though.

i know, but for what reason?...a regular job offer is random chat? would you look for an job in the random chat board?.

Most likely the same or very similar ad was already posted on the Internet and we don't allow duplicate content.

Another possible reason could be found in your own words:

it was an job offer.....that i have posted also on other boards to find employees. so what

and for hijacking the other thread...this was because of the delete of my previous post.

anyways, i thought that i could find someone here. looks like this place is completly wrong

So it means that you think following the boards' rules is not something you should care about; you just post whatever and however you want and hope to get it just because.

Hopefully your attitude and tactfulness will get you a lot of loyal and efficient workers. Don't use it too often when they ask you for their salary though.
