czesc. jak sie masz? my name is sylwia. i am a philippine national and i am currently based in manila. why i am the lost daughter of the czaja clan? before my boyfriend was born, his mum said that if the baby will be a girl, her name will be "sylwia," but if it was going to be a boy, his name will be "szymon." apparently, it was a baby boy, my boyfriend who also happens to be my future husband. we celebrated our first anniversary april this year and it was the most romantic thing that anybody has done for me. i must say 95% of the polish guys are the nicest in the world, bardzo, bardzo, bardzo. good thing poland is like the philippines - about 95% are catholics - no problem with the approval from my parents, hehehe. i started to study polish last november and i cannot wait to continue my lessons by first week of june. i was able to complete the lessons on verbs, singulars and plurals already. my teacher's name is ania and i really adore her. she works hard and teaches me real well. i would recommend her to anyone - you go girl! my boyfriend and i are planning to get married soon and hopefully, in five years, before we move to poland for good, i'll be really fluent then, otherwise, i'll be a bum in gdansk or i will get stuck in london. i am planning to jumpstart my career in gdansk thru education - teaching english. i was featured in the polish express, london's november edition and that was really cool! i guess, that's it for now. dzienki bardzo =)
