About Polish birth certificate - can I apply from India?

Hello friends,
I am from India and my wife is Polish and my daughter was born there, now i need my daughter birth certificate , any one can tell me how can i apply from india? is ther any option that i can ask by post??plz help me it is urgent .

When your daughter was born in Poland she should have been registered automatically so what is the problem ? Why do u need her certificate ? Your wife can fax it to u ?

You must go to a polish consulate in India (eg. Consulate General in Mumbai) and file a questionnaire for obtaining of birth certificate from Poland (a fee is collected when the request is filed.) Then, it will be sent to the appropriate Registry Office in Poland.
It may also be issued in Poland at the request of "a person whose marital status is specified in the act, or this person’s ancestors, descendants, siblings, spouses, or legal representative".

My friend i am rinku from India, and my daughter born in poland. now we are on divorce and my wife is not sending me birth certificate of my daughter. may i ask how can i get her birth certificate. Can i apply in Polish embassy? will they issue me my daughter's birth certificate. i remeber only her pesel no. and i know here he born and where her name is regestired. if you can advice me plz reply as soon as possible. i will be thankful to you.

You also need to know her birth date and parents' names. That's all. But in your case it is not a problem.

Hi Airin,
My friend mother of my wife don't want that i meet my daughter. and that's why my wife didn't give me her birth certificate. i need it. i was in Poland last year now i want to see my daughter again. but they don't want to give me papers and i cannot prove that i have a daughter there. coz i don't have her birth certificate where my name is registered.
thanks for help and reply me. we are on divorce. but i dont want divorce.

May have to get it through a court order. How can you prove you're the father otherwise?
