How to find out if someone died in Poland?

I want to find out if/when my aunts died. The last time I met them was in 1976, in Lublin and Radomsko. Does anyone know how I can find out if they died? (They probably did, as they were born in the 1920s).

ask your family out there who are still alive? or just visit and ask the neighbours. that would be the quickest way to find out i think.

LOL if I had any family left to ask I wouldn't be asking on here.

I'm not going anywhere near the towns they lived in 32 years ago. I'm pretty sure they will be dead by now.

My aunt's name was Wanda Konieczna and she was the supervisor of the telephone exchange. She lived in a flat above the Post Office. I last visited her there in 1976. If you know any older people maybe you can find out? Thank you very much for offering to help me.

One of my good friends live close to the main Post Office building. I can ask if her parents or grandparents have ever heard of Wanda Konieczna. If it won't help I can try with priest and cemetery etc. May take a while, any details you contact me private okay :)

That's extremely kind of you.

She was a well known character for sure: when I walked around Radomsko with her, every person we passed said hello to her.

There is a chance that she is still alive, she would be about 80.
