Village of Czarne

My grandfather and his family were from a small village called Czarne. I know it is close to Lipno, about 15 miles, but I cannot seem to find out where it is. My grandfather's surname is Ulkowski. On one of the manifests of his sister's, it said she came from a town called Olsiany. There is no such town that I can find by that name. My great aunt said they were from Northern Poland but the archives have no record of this name. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Go to Google maps, Move the map to Poland, in the search type Lipno, zoom out a bit Czarne is south east of that town.

That is the area I tried searching the archives. I guess I will keep trying. My great aunt may be wrong about the area. I know there are several Lipnos in Poland. I just have to find the right one. I thank you very much for your response. Stay happy.
