How do I work out a short affectionate version of a name. For exaple Kristophe can become Krizec. What would Agnieska or Wieslawa or Miroslawa turn into? Is there a formula?

LOL I love the diminutivisation (if such a word exists) of Polish names.

There seem to be varying degrees of affection you can apply and they can be fun to play around with. I've never understood the rules
